Native USB DAC/Headset support on Android 14+

On Android 14 and higher, BubbleUPnP now supports playing to a connected USB DAC or wired USB headset at either native sample rate / bit depth (if supported) or best match, with the following playback modes that can be configured in ‘More > Settings > Local Renderer > USB Audio’ section:

Bit perfect: if the USB DAC supports this mode, play audio to the DAC at its exact native sample rate / bit depth. If this is not possible, audio will not play with a descriptive error message about the cause. No volume control or sound processing is performed as the Android audio mixer is entirely bypassed. Thus it requires a DAC with external volume control
Best match: play audio at the best sample rate / bit depth combination supported by the USB DAC. Exact match if possible, or if not, resampled to closest match (upsample if possible, downsample otherwise). Audio still go through the Android audio mixer for volume control and eventual sound processing (equalizers, DSPs, …). This mode is the default
System default behavior: in that mode BubbleUPnP does not perform any USB DAC specific handling and the system does its own thing, usually using fixed 48 kHz sample rate
When one of the first 2 modes is in effect during playback, the ‘Now Playing’ tab indicates it with the mention ‘USB’ below the seek bar and the characteristics of the PCM audio output sent to the DAC (sample rate, …).

All modes support gapless playback when ‘More > Settings > Local Renderer > Gapless playback’ is enabled.

This feature notably makes it possible to play High Res audio (including Qobuz and TIDAL) on your USB DAC at their native format.
